Logistics Officer

The Shilla Duty Free operates 6 Cosmetics & Perfumes and Fashion Accessories stores at the Hong Kong International Airport starting from 12 December, 2017. The brand “Beauty & You” is a one-stop shopping destination offering a wide spectrum of beauty and fashion accessories brands. To cope with our business expansion, we would like to invite a high calibre and passionate candidate to join us for the following position by "Apply Now".

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Stationed in our Tsing Yi Warehouse office, the Logistic Officer will work very closely with 3PL logistics service provider (outsourced warehouse) to ensure timely, accurate and efficient logistics operations.

This person will also assist to ensure all shipping / delivery documents follow SOP guidelines previously agreed with airport security unit

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• New headcount and New position
• Handling of basic I/E documents and Tradelink declaration and or Handling of L/T permits.
• Working closely with 3PL logistics service providers to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations.
• Monitoring the daily operations: inbound, outbound, VAS, returns, system updates etc.
• Monitoring 3PL logistics service provider’s KPI performance and support to drive the logistics improvement.
• Resolving shipment issues with vendors, forwarders and 3PL logistics service providers.
• Arranging overseas merchandise return by following the specific regulations of respective destination countries and coordinate with Merchandising team.
• Coordinating with Operations team in delivery arrangement / stock return for further handling
• Handling and coordinating the GWP / Brands materials goods and other materials shipment.
• Ensuring sealed vehicles are regularly spot checked and properly recorded and reported to Shilla management team.
• Ensuring sufficient workforce provided by 3PL logistics service providers.
• Recommending improvements/actions to be taken to align with the agreed deliveries to store procedures.
• Handling the monthly billings & invoices and preparing billing reports for management review.
• Supporting warehouse stocktake / cycle count regularly.
• Assisting in any kind of logistics reporting, analysis or administration as assigned by direct supervisor/manager.
• 5 day work per week (shift work is required, public holiday is required)

• Independent, motivated, analytical, detail-oriented
• Flexibility, adaptability, and proven ability to work - to tight deadlines is essential
• F.5 graduate or above
• At least 1 year solid experience in logistics supports/operations
• Familiar with Tradelink and SAP is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel advance skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Good time management and problem solving skills
• Team player and willing to Learn
• Good command in English and Proficient in Cantonese
