Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee order fulfilment processes to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
• Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices in logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in logistics management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues and optimize processes.

Key Requirements

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle type.
• Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical logistics.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Multilingual skills to communicate with international partners.
• Experience with implementing logistics automation and technology solutions.
