Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language 

   

• Good PC knowledge, and interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support including data input into Concessionary Schemes, lost property, etc related information systems
• Assist in handling lost property, travel related matters, as well as the applications under the Student Travel Scheme and Person with Disability (PwD) Concessionary Scheme
• Assist in operating Lost Property / Concessionary Travel Office and handling customer enquiries, complaints and suggestions
