Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Copilot and agent-based solutions across the enterprise. This role will play a critical part in enabling secure adoption, enhancing productivity, and delivering automation capabilities aligned with global operations and compliance standards.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong governance and analytics capabilities to ensure Copilot solutions deliver measurable business value while adhering to enterprise guardrails.

Key Responsibilities
Copilot & Agent Solution Delivery

Design, build, and govern Copilot solutions and agent experiences using Copilot Studio.
Develop robust prompt strategies, grounding mechanisms, and publishing controls.
Define and implement testing and evaluation frameworks for prompts and agent performance.

Automation & Workflow Optimization

Deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Enhance business workflows to complement Copilot-driven use cases.

Integration & Data Connectivity

Integrate Copilot and agent solutions with enterprise services using Microsoft Graph API.
Ensure secure authentication, appropriate permissions, and compliant data access patterns.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Measure adoption, productivity impact, and control effectiveness using Work IQ and telemetry tools.
Analyze insights and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve solutions.
Remediate issues identified through analytics or user feedback.
