Job Description - M365 Engineer

Job Duties

Ensure appropriate access controls and licensing models are correctly implemented across the M365 environment.
Serve as the escalation point for M365‑related issues and drive them to full resolution.
Administer and manage Exchange Online.
Assess, recommend, and implement M365 messaging technologies to replace existing third‑party tools.
Evaluate and adopt Microsoft's mobile device management solutions to transition away from current third‑party platforms.
Administer and support Microsoft Teams.
Monitor and remediate system alerts, advisories, and security notifications within the M365 ecosystem.
Support business teams in adopting M365 services such as OneDrive, Intune, Power Apps, and additional tools within the suite.
Stay updated on new M365 features and enhancements, advising stakeholders on potential benefits and implementation opportunities for the firm.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and capabilities.
Hands‑on experience administering Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
Practical experience managing Azure AD.
Knowledge of Conditional Access policies.
Familiarity with M365 user and product licensing.
Proven experience taking ownership of technical delivery and issue resolution.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
