Job Description

As an IT Production Control Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and monitoring mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Overseeing Control-M job scheduling and troubleshooting any job failures or delays.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align production control processes with business requirements.
Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to enhance system efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies for system operations.
Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
Preparing regular reports on system performance and job execution metrics.
Supporting technology upgrades and changes within the production environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Production Control Manager should have:
