Overview Leads the operational support team, delivering operational excellence and ensuring seamless delivery of services to HNW clients with complex insurance structures. Oversees policy servicing request and enquiries, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
The Job
Oversee end-to-end processing of HNW policies serving request, including complex legal structures (companies, trusts, partnerships).
Lead and manage bank & product onboarding and premium financing workflow set up.
Manage and resolve policy-related requests and enquiries from business partners, , including tracking, follow-up, and closing pending cases.
Coordinate internal and external flash report communications and updates, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Oversee the maintenance and periodic update of distribution guides and manuals.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Drive process enhancement initiatives and cross-department collaboration.
The Person
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline.
5+ years' experience in private banking, insurance operations, client documentation, or compliance within a HNW environment.
Solid understanding of trust and corporate structures, beneficial ownership concepts, and KYC/AML best practices.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; fluency in English, proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
