Job Purpose:
• Lead a Business Account Acquisition Team to drive SME business and deliver high caliber service to respective business channels
• Acquire SME accounts and explore different business opportunities within Business Banking Department

Principal Responsibilities:
• Lead a Business Account Acquisition Team to drive SME business and deliver high caliber service to respective business channels
• Effectively manage and monitor the sales team on business performance and new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business targets
• Achieve various business targets and contribute to sustainable business growth of Business Banking Department
• Closely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives
• Acquire new-to-bank SME customers and ensure the KYC process adhere with established policy and guideline
• Manage CDD risk, monitor suspicious behavior and take appropriate action in compliance with the Bank's policy and guideline

Incumbent Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with good knowledge of SME business
• 2+ years team management experiences with good business acumen
• Good understanding in banking products and services.
• Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (Paper 1&2)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with good teamwork spirit
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
