The Job

• Train and manage Business analysts (BA). BA tasks include but not limited to design user requirement, review functional specification and design UAT test plan/ test case
• Act as the key team member to participate in projects, mainly focus on sales platform and New Business related projects
• Review and finetune workflow/ system flow design to improve operational efficiency
• Support production issue fix
• Analyze data to identify issues and business needs
• Act as project manager of operation projects
• Create detailed plans for how projects implemented then ongoing project management
• Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle
• Ensure projects and initiatives run smoothly

The Person

• Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems
• Minimum 8 years in Life Insurance industry with well understanding in life insurance operation
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid business knowledge of insurance industry
• Strong in defining actual business needs throughout business case study
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Effective communication skill
• Experience in New Business & Underwriting is preferrable
• Experience in people management is preferrable
• Previous digital transformation/ product development experience will be advantageous
• Professional qualifications in project management will be ideal
