To oversee the entire claims process of General Insurance, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. To enforce claims handling procedures, guidelines, and the best practices of claims of the OIBHK

• Monitor and Control claims operations to be carried out smoothly

• Answer enquiries from customer & insurers about claims and disputes.

• Handle claim cases and take follow up actions

• Prepare regular management reports on claims

• Review and revise internal claims manual, guidelines and practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years claims experience in general insurance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Post Secondary Education

• IA Licensed Technical Representative (Broker)
