Manager, Client Onboarding (Data Management)

Responsibilities:

• Client Account Data: Oversee the maintenance of Client account data and mapping within multiple systems across multiple teams
• Regulatory Compliance: Mitigated risk by verifying that all client static data met local regulatory standards before trading commenced
• Reference Data Management: Administered complex financial instrument records across core reference data platforms and connected software
• Process Improvement: Pinpointed workflows ripe for automation, successfully driving improvements in both data quality and client satisfaction levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 5 years' Client and Reference Data Management experience in Investment Banking or Securities Brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of reference data domain (Instrument / Client Data) Management processes within Operations
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication with clients and teams
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail, accuracy, and effective record-keeping
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on client service
