Our client is well-established Insurance Company in Hong Kong is now looking for a seasonal Contract Lifecycle Management Professional

Main Scope:

• Primarily responsible for drafting, refining, tracking, and finalizing the contract.
• Focused on drafting contracts (from scratch) more than negotiation effort, experience in full contract drafting, ideally with some underwriting or legal exposure.

Your Scope

• Strategic Lifecycle Management: Execute and oversee the full contract journey, from initial drafting to final execution, ensuring 100% alignment with Company internal policies and evolving regulatory standards.
• Template Innovation: Design and refine specialized contract templates tailored to the insurance sector’s unique business needs and compliance mandates.
• Risk Mitigation & Review: Conduct rigorous reviews of contract terms to identify and neutralize potential risks, negotiating amendments that protect the company’s interests while meeting industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to ensure that all contractual obligations are operationally feasible and financially sound.
• Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement of our contract management ecosystem, leveraging modern tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and audit readiness.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in Law, Actuary, or Insurance (or a related field).
• 5+ years of experience in contract drafting; if you have worked with insurance policies before, that is a major plus.
• Fluency in English and Chinese , with the ability to negotiate complex terms in both languages.
