The Job

• Serve as a conduit between internal communication and frontline sales
• Improve customer satisfaction with the company by optimizing processing time and content
• Uplift business volume and achieve the goal of service to sales
• Corporate works with other departments to optimize the sales process
• Assist in handling enquires and pending cases of Sale team (e.g., inquiry, pending)
• Support DMTM teams on case management
• Communicate with compliance to formulate effective sales policies

The Person

• At least 5 years CS/sales related working experience in insurance industry
• Knowledge on Life Insurance products and back-end operations
• Customer-focused, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and provide professional services for senior management in the organization
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Accurate, attention to details and be a good team player
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
