Manager, Corporate Loan Operations

A Chinese Corporate Bank is looking for a Manager to join their Corporate Loan Operations team.

Your new role

• Perform end‑to‑end bilateral and syndicated loan operations for corporate banking clients, including loan drawdown, rollover, prepayment/repayment, loan maintenance, booking, disbursement, fee collection, and syndication agency duties
• Provide loan administration and operational support for corporate banking transactions
• Set up credit and interest rates, and ensure credit limits are accurately established and maintained in the system
• Lead and manage UAT testing, workflow streamlining, and procedure development, including streamline processing, automation, and paperless operation initiatives.
• Perform AML checks for daily transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Review, update, and rewrite procedural manuals; prepare Head Office reporting packages
• Provide coaching, on‑the‑job training, and performance evaluation feedback for team members
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Corporate Loan Operations and checker role's exposure are an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with bilateral and syndicated loan products
