About the job Manager, Corporate Secretarial Services

Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is looking to hire a Manager for the Corporate Secretarial Services team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a small team responsible for providing corporate secretarial and board support services, including scheduling meetings, preparing board packs, drafting minutes, and monitoring completion of action items
Set and monitor team performance goals, implement projects to meet KPIs, and reallocate workload as needed to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Serve as a client-facing representative, building relationships with a portfolio of clients
Train and mentor the team to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
Foster a positive team environment and identify opportunities for cross-selling other products and services

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and relevant management experience in a funds, jurisdiction, or company secretarial role
Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support to various team members
Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting corporate secretarial and board support services
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on risk and deadlines
