About Our Client

Our client is an esteemed Korean bank in Hong Kong is looking for a talented individual with 4 years of experience or more to join our team in a comprehensive risk management role, encompassing credit risk and market risk.

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of risk management, with a primary focus on credit risk. Your duties will include:

Assessing credit risk associated with diverse financial transactions
Reviewing credit risk, and overall risk including IT risk reports
Act as a key contact point for Headquarter and external agencies
Managing market risk exposures and developing risk mitigation strategies
Monitoring market trends and assessing their impact on the bank's risk profile
Providing strategic insights on risk management to senior management

The Successful Applicant

Native Korean speaker with proficiency in English
4 years or more of experience in risk management, preferably with a focus on credit risk
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus
