Manager, Digital Commercialisation and Engagement .
Principal responsibilities: - Analysing and understanding customer insights and market landscape for the formulation of digital engagement, wellness strategies and proposition
- Defining customer experience (CX) and customer journeys for wellness engagement and further monetisation
- Managing campaign, initiatives and projects end-to-end from creation, development, implementation to monitoring and evaluation
- Working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders in distribution, channel, marketing, analytics and proposition to maximize customer and joint-business outcomes
- Embracing customer centricity in every decision and action of our business
Requirements:
University graduate with degree preferably in business administration, marketing or communication related discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience in wellness engagement, customer experience, advertising and marketing, digital or customer insight Strong drive in customer centricity, with proven ability on the implementation of engagement activities, advertising and marketing initiatives or digital projects Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure Data analytics and innovation mindset Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
