About the Job

The job incumbent plays a critical role in leading and managing various projects related to new store openings, renovations, and maintenance activities across Hong Kong, Macau, and overseas locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for new store openings and renovations, ensuring alignment with brand image and standards
  • Monitor and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints as well as aligning with Brand standards
  • Take charge of managing the repair and maintenance activities for the Group's offices and properties
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring regular inspections, repairs, and upgrades are conducted
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure that all projects and maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any safety or compliance issues
  • Oversee the tendering process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with procurement policies
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms
  • Lead and coach the team, and providing guidance and support in project execution
  • Occasionally business travel is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be regarded as Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities / Property Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in overseeing store opening, renovations & maintenance projects preferably in Retail industry
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above)
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently
  • Hardworking, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and contractors
  • Knowledge in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD preferred
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
