Key responsibilities:
Drive and coordinate ERP transformation project activities across procurement, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and related cross-functional touchpoints, ensuring deliverables, dependencies, risks, and decisions are tracked and progressed in line with the project timeline.
Plan and coordinate testing activities, including test scenario preparation, user mobilisation, test execution monitoring, evidence collection, issue follow-up, and reporting across SIT, UAT, ORT, dress rehearsal, and deployment readiness cycles.
Lead and support defect triage for SCM-related processes and integrations by validating business impact, clarifying expected outcomes, coordinating with functional and technical teams, prioritising resolution, monitoring retesting, and escalating blockers where required.
Support deployment and cutover preparation, including cutover checklist development, business readiness actions, downtime and recovery procedures, business process freeze planning, data catch-up arrangements, and coordination of cross-stream dependencies.
Act as a key liaison with BAU procurement department, business users, suppliers, technical teams, the System Integrator, Business Enablement, Deployment, and other project teams to align operational priorities, project plans, testing progress, defect resolution, change readiness, and cutover preparation.
Coordinate change management and super user engagement activities, including communication of process changes, preparation of user guidance, collection of feedback, readiness tracking, issue escalation, and reinforcement of new ways of working.
Support BAU operations and business continuity during the project and cutover period by understanding critical procurement and supply chain activities, coordinating with operational teams on interim arrangements, resolving day-to-day operational issues, preparing user guidance, monitoring service risks, and ensuring essential activities are sustained before, during, and after go-live.
Engage BAU teams on operational pain points, process exceptions, data or transaction issues, user enquiries, and recurring support needs; coordinate follow-up actions with relevant parties to minimise business disruption and strengthen operational readiness.
Facilitate regular engagement with BAU stakeholders and super users to validate process impacts, capture feedback, confirm operational readiness, communicate key project decisions, and support adoption of new processes and system behaviours.
Provide hands-on cutover and post-go-live support, including issue logging, user enquiry handling, workaround coordination, operational recovery follow-up, and stabilisation support during the transition period.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management or other relevant discipline.
Membership and/or qualification from a procurement, supply chain, project management, technology, or engineering professional body is desirable.
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, ERP transformation, business process improvement, system implementation, business analysis, testing coordination, deployment, or operational readiness activities.
Experience in supporting ERP or large-scale business transformation initiatives involving solution validation, stakeholder alignment, and coordination across business users, technical teams, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
Practical experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, test planning, user coordination, defect follow-up, issue resolution, deployment preparation, cutover support, or post-go-live stabilisation is highly desirable.
Ability to work with business stakeholders to validate system behaviours, and translate business input into clear actions for project, testing, deployment, and BAU teams.
Good understanding of end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes in an ERP environment, including supplier agreements, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, inventory, warehousing, master data management, cost accounting, workflow controls, and reporting needs.
Experience in supporting ERP-enabled change, super user engagement, process adoption, user readiness, business readiness, training support, change communication, or continuity planning in a transformation environment is desirable.
Technical / Functional Competencies:
Strong project coordination and delivery discipline, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, action owners, risks, issues, and escalation paths across multiple workstreams.
Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain operations, with the ability to balance day-to-day business priorities with project, testing, deployment, change readiness, and operational continuity actions.
Strong testing and defect management capability, including test scenario coordination, defect validation, severity assessment, root-cause clarification, retesting follow-up, and issue closure tracking.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess cross-functional process impacts, identify operational risks, structure options, and recommend pragmatic mitigation actions.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, super users, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
High level of ownership, resilience, and attention to detail, with the flexibility to provide hands-on support during testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilisation periods.
