We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Application (Finance and Procurement) to join our Technology Team. You will manage the Finance & Procurement Solution Product lifecycle, collaborating with partners to deliver technology solutions that drive business results.

As a Manager, Enterprise Application, we rely on you to:

• Working closely with finance & procurement business users to understand the business strategic goals, leverage the external and internal resources to deliver the technology solutions for driving business outcome


• Manage the vendor to deliver the solution & service which meet the agreed service level and timeline.


• Act as IT partner and solution owner to the Finance & Procurement system, enforce the solution comply with IT policies, InfoSec, Audit requirements and setup the group standard and key controls.


• Closely work with Global system users to enforce the implemented solution followed the IT policies, InfoSec, PMO requirement and group and industrial standard.


• Work with business users and Technology team to prepare the annual Budget planning.


• Working with Technology team to manage the product lifecycle from roadmap, design, implement, review and continuous improvements through solution iterations. 

We are looking for someone who has:

• 10 Years working experience.


• Minimum 3 years solid experienced in Finance & procurement related IT products and services management.


• IT Technical Knowledge and project experience in the system integration. (e.g. Process automation, Reconciliation automation, E-invoice, VAT invoice integration will be advantages)


• Problem-solving, planning skills


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Fluency in written and oral English, proficiency in Mandarin


• Working experience in IT Headquarter will be an advantage


• Experience working in a global or regional project.


• Project management (PMP) is an advantage.


• Travel may require.
