Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute innovative growth campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition and engagement.


• Referral Program Management: Design, implement, and optimize a referral program to increase user base and retention.


• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and user data to identify trends and optimize strategies.


• A/B Testing: Conduct tests to refine messaging, creatives, and user experience.


• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.


• Reporting: Provide insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.


• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
