We are expanding our HNW Policy Servicing Team under Life Administration:

The Job

• Support and execute end-to-end policy servicing tasks for High Net Worth (HNW) customers with high accuracy, professionalism, and timely turnaround
• Handle enquiries from distributors, brokers, and wealth partners; provide quality frontline servicing and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Prepare, verify, and process policy-related documents such as endorsements, amendments, reinstatements, and routine servicing requests
• Conduct detailed checks on policy information, system inputs, and documentation to ensure compliance and minimize errors
• Track and report operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and service accuracy, supporting continuous improvement activities
• Ensure all servicing processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and AML/CTF standards

The Person

• 8 to 10 years of experience in policy servicing functions of life insurance
• Knowledge in HNW servicing such as handling of premium financing, HNW product features will be a great advantage
• Experience in servicing international brokers
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with the willingness to mentor and coach junior members
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with insurance systems or digital servicing platforms is an advantage
