Job Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product campaign process, from planning, execution to monitoring and fulfilment
• Campaign Planning : Assist in Plan and implement life and health insurance product campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product campaign design
• Project Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the project activities and timelines. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and milestones
• Execution Oversight : Monitor the execution of product campaigns, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Campaign Fulfilment : Manage the entire fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery of the on-going campaign fulfilment in production. Maintain accurate supporting documentation for fulfilment

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in product campaign, project management or marketing, preferably within the life insurance industry
• Strong organizational and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with experience in data management for campaign fulfilment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, with experience with Tableau and SQL is an advantage
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
