Job Description - Manager, intermediaries (sales support)

Company Overview:
Our client, a boutique asset manager is looking Manager, intermediaries (sales support) to join the team

About the job:

Act as the main contact for Hong Kong Wholesale, resolving client and internal queries efficiently.
Manage onboarding for new distributors and clients, including documentation and compliance.
Coordinate client requests—reports, account openings, trade queries—with internal teams.
Deliver fund updates and presentations to clients and prospects.
Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for fund registration and product management.
Support sales through client engagement
Conduct market research of the industry trends and assist in organizing client events

Requirements:

Degree holder with 3+ years in sales support, client service, or operations ideally within asset management or private banking preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
