We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive user acquisition for our crypto exchange. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and the crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and implement performance marketing strategies across various channels, including PPC, social media, and display advertising.


• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.


• Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize reach and conversions.


• A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests to improve ad performance and landing page effectiveness.


• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.


• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.


• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).


• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.


• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
