Responsibilities:

• Conduct reviews of new client account opening documentation for Private Wealth Management, ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Perform periodic reviews and trigger event assessments for existing clients
• Manage outstanding or incomplete CDD and account documentation proactively, timely follow-up and take remediation actions
• Provide support to frontline colleagues regarding KYC/CDD procedures, documentation requirements and case-specific inquiries
• Liaise with key stakeholders across Operations, Legal Affairs, and Compliance regarding ongoing review and enhancement of KYC/CDD frameworks and procedures
• Conduct client confirmation calls to validate and document risk profiling information gathered through investment risk profile questionnaires
• Prepare management reports, meeting minutes and training materials
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Head

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or equivalent academic qualification
• At least 5 years’ relevant KYC and client on-boarding experience in private banking / private wealth management
• Familiar with account opening documentation, due diligence and AML regulatory requirements
• Client-centric, detailed-oriented and creative mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently and in teamwork
• Thrives in fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Excel
