Manager, Product Marketing

Job Description

• Oversee product development and to shape healthcare products and digital health proposition and strategy
• Support product development initiatives, including new product launch, product revamp and product maintenance
• Conduct market research for competitive analysis and market intelligence
• Lead the production of product proposition collaterals including training materials for both new and existing products, from communication directions, copywriting, design to production; manage the design and production agencies and work with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and quality
• Oversee end-to-end product campaign development and implementation to support product objectives and revenue targets.
• Monitor the sales performance and assist in preparation of sales reports
• Conduct product training for both new and existing products, when needed
• Collaborative with internal stakeholders to integrate company new tactics into new product development, product launches and proposition initiatives
• Manage product campaigns and strengthen partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to enhance product value propositions and commercial performance. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum of 8 years solid experience in marketing and communications. Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, independent and able to multi-task under pressure
• Able to work and communicate with people from different levels
