Job Description - Manager, Project Manager - Foreign Corporate Bank

A leading international bank in Hong Kong is seeking a talented professional to join its Operations Project team in a strategic project-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team lead in driving branch-wide system upgrades, IT initiatives, and operational enhancement projects.
Coordinate closely with local teams, overseas branches, and head office to plan, execute, and track project progress - including meetings, status reporting, materials, and minutes.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks, prepare reports for the head office and regulators, review internal procedures, and provide support to other branches as needed.
Contribute to operational improvements, training, and business continuity efforts.

What We Look For:

Bachelor's degree.
4-5 years of back-office operations experience in banking.
Solid project management skills, with familiarity in methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and deliver on time.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive drive for process improvements and efficiency.
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken); proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
