Manager - Service Delivery (Building Surveying)

主要職責

Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building facilities, building fabrics and elements

Assist in managing A&A and monitor fit-out / reinstatement works of outsourced contractors and tenants

Assist in managing CAPEX works to improve building facilities and operation efficiency

Prepare quotations and tenders for daily works together with monitor and coordinate those works carried out by contractors

Assist in handling green projects to achieve energy saving and sustainability goals

Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs

Assist in budget preparation and costs control

要求

Degree holder in Building Surveying, Building Studies or equivalent.

Possess recognized professional membership of HKIS, RICS or equivalent

Min. 8 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, renovation, A&A, fit-out and improvement works at sizable high-end commercial properties including office and shopping arcade

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.
