Manager - Trade Marketing (Quaker & Lays)

As a leading player in F&B trading services, KerryFlex provides professional FMCG trading and distribution, food servicing and catering services to the F&B industry in Hong Kong, serving thousands of outlets ranging from retail stores, gourmet shops and supermarkets to hotels, clubhouses, restaurants and fast food chains, as well as many other food service channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market shares
• Improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with principal’s priorities
• Work with principals on new product development & launch plan to ensure smooth execution
• Lead and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
• Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with principals’ sales teams
• Analyze and identify business opportunities and missing gaps
• Report and evaluate promotion and trade deal effectiveness, and establish best practices
• Consolidate monthly demand forecast with inventory team
• Support Top to Top meeting with each key retailers

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or any relevant disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG sector, preferably in the F&B sector, but not a must
• Experience in managing trade marketing team is a bonus
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen with strong analytical skills, able to deliver insights to improve business performance
• Good understanding of trade dynamics and category performance
