Manager/Assistant Manager, Corporate Business Department

Job Description

1.Develop business plans and achieve performance targets based on the department’s annual performance goals.

2.Formulate and implement plans for establishing cross-border business channels and market expansion in the industrial sector.

3.Leverage CITIC’s platform and innovative strengths to provide professional and efficient cross-border derivative financial services to industries.

4.Complete other tasks assigned by the department or superiors.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, trade, or related fields; IELTS score of 7.0 or higher preferred.

2. At least 3 years of relevant industry experience; candidates with experience in banking, securities firms, or state-owned enterprises are preferred.

3.Extensive industry client resources, strong business development capabilities, and professional communication skills.

4.Integrity, confidence, teamwork, and strong self-motivation.

5.Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager grade position.
