Manager/Senior Manager - Operations in PE fund house

The Company

Our client is a top-tier private equity fund house. They are expanding their office to APAC. To support their continued business expansion, they are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join their Operations team.

The Role

• Leading a team of 3 and work closely with business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies; manage approvals, board materials, and risk reviews.
• Lead business initiatives, strategic projects, and budgeting; support fundraising and due diligence.
• Oversee system enhancements for PE funds and deal lifecycles; coordinate with internal/external parties on control matters.
• Identify process improvements and support special projects and workflow reviews.

Your Profile

• Postgraduate degree; CPA, ACCA, or legal qualification preferred.
• 6+ years in Private Equity or buy-side; experience with COO, Business Management, control functions, or executive office is a plus.
• Good commercial sense and ability to simplify complex information.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; strong report-writing in both Chinese and English.
