Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead country-wide delivery of a strategic Core Banking transformation programme.
Establish strong governance, programme controls, and executive reporting.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
Drive stakeholder engagement across senior country, regional, and global leadership teams.
Oversee solution implementation, data migration, UAT, business readiness, training, and cutover activities.
Ensure regulatory, operational, and business requirements are successfully met.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

20+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation.
Proven leadership of large-scale banking or core banking transformation programmes.
Experience managing complex, cross-border stakeholder environments.
Strong programme governance, risk management, and vendor management expertise.
Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering mission-critical change initiatives.
Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
