Marketing and Admin Officer (Welcome Fresh graduate)

Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing support to marketing staff (re-marketing and quotations for new and renewal business)
• Handle enquiries from clients
• Assist marketing staff to handle/follow up claims
• Handle marine declaration and spot marine cert issuance
• Prepare renewal and quotation slip
• To assist in ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• University graduate or professional qualification (Prefer in Business/Marketing/Bank/Finance)
• 1 - 3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication skills, proactive and willing to take initiative
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Salary: $16,000 - 20,000

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. (90 lunch break) (Monday to Friday)

Hybrid working: one day WFH per week
