• You have 1-2 years work experience in marketing / PR function, f resh graduates with internship experience are also welcomed
• You have experience in PR & content marketing preferred
• You are in good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• You are attention to detail, hardworking, proactive, and result driven
• You are good at numbers, analysis, and execution
• You are high developed and demonstrated teamwork with good time management skills and problem-solving skills
• You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• You have strong computer skill in Microsoft Office application, especially excel
• You are interested in home furnishing and design

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Responsible for general office administration to support team's daily operations including administrative works and analytical reports, monthly accounting queries and expenses claims.
• Ensure all submissions are in compliance with documented financial procedures/polices.
• Manage the budget/actual filing based on finance guideline on a monthly basis
• Support IKEA's PR activation campaigns and local marketing initiatives in terms of planning, execution, internal coordination and liaison, compile reports, and presentations
• Supervise translation agency to ensure appropriate localization and PR agency to deliver accurate PR packages and reports on schedule
• Work with external (e.g. PR agency) and internal departments to support and assist to implement the promotion activities, content and communication materials
• Responsible for product write-off, write-back, and admin related job upon commercial campaign assignments
• Assist to special marketing projects, including but not limited to PR/ internal and external communication projects, project coordination among internal functions and external agencies

To establish the IKEA Brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing products and solutions that create a better everyday life for the many people, thereby reaching the IKEA business objectives. This shall occur by stimulating home furnishing interest in each local market, securing a strong brand and competitive position in each local market, and driving traffic to the IKEA store and IKEA website by attracting new and more visitors to visit more often, and throughout their life stages.
