Job Description - Marketing Assistant - Part-time (5 half days)

What's the role?

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team at Hilti. In this role, you will provide essential support to our senior staff, assist in event planning and execution, prepare marketing collaterals, and contribute to content creation for various platforms.

What does the role involve?

Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and on-site support

Prepare marketing collaterals such as brochures and flyers to support marketing campaigns and initiatives

Contribute to content creation for various platforms, including email campaigns, social media, and website updates

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing marketing materials

Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by senior staff

What you need is:

Able to work half a day on weekdays regularly

Tertiary-level education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Working experience in a marketing role is preferred but not a must

Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills

Experience in content copywriting and video editing is preferred

Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and self-motivated
