Job Description - Marketing Assistant (Products Retails marketing)

Job Requirements

Education/Degrees: Bachelor’s degree

Special Skills: Decision making skill, Interpersonal & Communication skills (written, listening, verbal), demonstrate ability to do basic research and apply standard analytical skill, ability to handle business interpersonal relationships, identify customer expectations, avoid miss understandings and deal effectively in a multicultural environment, handling multiple priorities / tasks of Sales and Marketing area.

Language: Fluent Chinese (including Mandarin) and English.

Years of experience: 3-5 years in retail marketing area. Apparel industry will be an advantage with at least 1 year in working in multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Work closely and support product marketing guidance to customers to meet brand’s standard and requirements.

Scheduled regular retail and multi-brand stores visit to ensure all displays are met the company's guideline.

Collect sales data and reports from customer via various sales channels to ensure the accurate and effective evaluation of store performance and new product launches;

Perform sales & marketing support role with customers in order to enhance brand image and reputation to achieve business KPIs.

Handle customer enquiries. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Maintain accurate records; be able to provide the requested documents to relevant parties.

Effectively collaborate as a team to enhance relationship with current customers and seek opportunity to any other potential market.

Provide research, analysis and report about competitors’ product developments and marketing to ensure the timely provision of information which supports the company’s decision making;

Handle samples managements to ensure the product development process works smooth

Prepare assigned reports on regular basis.

Handle any ad hoc project as assigned by Manager.
