About the role:

This is a permanent role on-site in Hong Kong.

As a Marketing Associate, you will help raise brand awareness and acquire new users by managing digital marketing platforms and agencies. You will oversee online and offline promotions, manage our website's content, collaborate with designers for visuals, create engaging content for various online platforms, and evaluate marketing effectiveness. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of the crypto industry and gain experience in the world of Web3 marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing platforms and agencies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.


• Assist and oversee online and offline marketing promotions and events.


• Take charge of managing our official website and ensure timely content updates.


• Collaborate with designers and production teams to create captivating graphics, visual content, and videos for marketing purposes.


• Work closely with the team to create engaging posts and content.


• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.


• Manage merchandise including sourcing suppliers, ordering, managing inventory and distribution.


• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing.


• Collaborate with the Marketing team and designers to devise and present creative campaign ideas and content plans across traditional and digital media, aligned with our marketing goals and budget.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Web3


• Knowledgeable about Web3 marketing trends and techniques.


• Passionate, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.


• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.


• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Cantonese is a plus


• Experience in the crypto industry is highly preferred but not mandatory.
