Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

(1) E-commerce Operations:

• Manage basic e-commerce operations, including product listing, writing product descriptions, preparing sales report and backend management

(2) Marketing Content Management:

• Plan and execute content for online and offline marketing activities
• Create engaging marketing content, including copywriting, providing visual and video creative directions, as well as EDM (Electronic Direct Mail).

(3) Social Media Management:

• Manage company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube
• Create and publish engaging social media content to increase fan interaction and brand exposure

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Experience in e-commerce operations, including product listing and backend management; familiarity with Shopify is preferred
• Manage marketing content with the ability to create engaging marketing materials.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and the ability to create compelling social media content
• Creative thinking to provide novel and unique marketing strategies and ideas
• Positive, self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently while being a keen team member
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proficient in written and verbal Chinese and English communication, with the ability to produce fluent content and collaborate with team members
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant
