Job Description - Marketing Co-ordinator / Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Marketing and Product Teams in preparing marketing materials
- Coordinate webinars, electronic direct mails, email campaigns and run related reports
- Support managing digital marketing & sales activities including mailchimp and linkedin
- Perform data analysis of marketing and sales campaigns, including case studies
- Design and update marketing materials including sales presentations, product videos and service e-brochures, etc.
- Occasional marketing events like seminars, trade fairs, product presentation.

Requirements

- Associate Degree or above
- At least 1 year's related experience
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Positive team player and able to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of efficiency and attentive to details
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Working location in Causeway Bay
