Job Description - Marketing Director, Life Insurance

Your new company

A top-tier life insurer is looking for a marketing lead to oversee all functions in marketing.

Your new role

Lead the marketing department to oversee product marketing, event management, digital marketing, and channel marketing.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract qualified leads across multiple channels.
Plan and manage integrated campaigns from concept through delivery, leveraging both organic and paid initiatives.
Create compelling content for digital platforms and social media to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
Monitor performance and optimize budgets, using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with extensive experience in the insurance sector.
Proven leadership and strategic marketing expertise, complemented by strong business acumen and creativity.
Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, including data-driven thinking and risk awareness.
Fluent in English and Chinese, able to work independently under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

What you'll get in return

Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 100,000 to 120,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
