Job Description - Marketing & e-Commerce Officer

Responsibilities




  • Manage daily operations of online shop including generate & update website content including product information, promotion, events and etc.

  • Making promotion plan each month based on data analysis (Mainly E-Commerce and assistant for retail shop)

  • Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rate etc and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning

  • Monitor the functionality of the online shops and to assure the timely logistic operation and Prepare analysis report on sales performance, inventory control and e-Commerce operation efficiency.

  • Maintaining direct online platforms, delivery arrangement and stock controlling (eg. Shopify, Zalora etc)

  • Collaborates with internal teams to align, develop, execute and manage consumer marketing strategies and activities across owned channels effectively

  • Familiar with and execute marketing plan on popular social media platforms

  • Assist to develop and implement marketing plan for brand and product category to drive business growth

  • Assist to prepare marketing plan and ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns and programs

  • Build brand image through strategic communication programs, especially in social media and digital platform

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of brand activities

  • Participate in brand campaign and online platform’s image and product shooting

  • Planning social media strategy and providing insight based on social media performance analysis

  • Exploring potential collaboration opportunities



  • Requirements




  • F.5 / DSE or above

  • 3- 4 years in Digital marketing or E-commerce fields preferable in fashion industry

  • Entrepreneurial minded, able to articulate new ideas and influence others to gain support

  • Strong learning agility, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments, able to keep complicated projects moving forward

  • Self-starter, creative and analytical problem-solver with attention to details, and possesses a strong sense of accountability to deliver results

  • Good Knowledge in online shop and e-marketplaces operation

  • Experience in brand marketing strategies and execution

  • Good command of written & spoken English/Chinese

  • Comfortable with advanced Google Sheets/ Excel, data dashboards and capable of data mining to perform analysis to develop/enhance digital marketing program
