Marketing Manager

Responsibility

Develop mobile business marketing strategies, business cases and performance reports, ensuring the competitiveness of products and services through global market research and analysis
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans for campaigns, overseeing end-to-end execution and adapting global brand initiatives for regional markets while optimizing channels and agency partnerships to enhance ROI
Lead the localization and enhancement of mobile services, defining key product features, pricing structures, and market positioning in collaboration with cross-functional teams to launch new products and packages that meet market demands
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant global channels to expand market exposure and negotiate partnership agreements, designing joint value propositions and packages to enhance service offerings
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize overall marketing performance

Requirements

University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 8 years working experience in marketing sector, preferably in Telecommunications or IT&T industry
Possess strong ownership with analytical abilities and with solid business sense
Excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal and communications skills
Detail-oriented and proactive, with exceptional project management skills
Preferably with marketing experience in customer acquisition / retention programs launch
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
