Marketing Manager (1-Year Contract)

Your role

Pictet is seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager (1-Year Contract) to work in the Marketing Asia - HKG team to support and coordinate marketing activities for Pictet Asset Management in Asia excluding Japan, contributing to brand visibility and business development in the region.

• Coordinate and execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns, including advertising, events, web, social media, and other marketing initiatives.


• Assist in the development and production of marketing collaterals, from information and data collection through to distribution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.


• Monitor the publication of global marketing content and support local content production and translation, liaising with external service providers as needed.


• Demonstrate creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and designing thoughtful client gifts that are highly valued and appreciated by recipients.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including local business teams, compliance, and headquarter marketing counterparts, to deliver marketing activities.


• Help maintain and update the firm’s web, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate and engaging.


• Manage relationships with external vendors for the production of marketing assets, campaigns, events, and other communications materials.


• Track and report on marketing performance using analytics and KPIs, providing insights for ongoing improvement.

Your profile

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.


• 5-10 years of solid marketing and communications experience in financial institutions is highly preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and creativity.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools.


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Chinese.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.


• A proactive, results-oriented team player with a passion for marketing.
