Marketing Manager, Insurance

Key responsibilities:

As Marketing Manager, you will drive multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and brand engagement to support business growth.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and communications across distribution channels
• Drive engagement initiatives to motivate sales teams and achieve business targets
• Develop customer campaigns and sales enablement materials to support product launches and lead generation
• Deliver clear messaging and guidelines to align strategy with frontline execution

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring experience in multi-channel marketing, stakeholder management, and digital campaigns within financial services.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
• 7+ years' relevant experience, preferably in channel or customer engagement within insurance industry or financial services sector
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills
• Creative, proactive, and strong stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and project management abilities
