Job Description - Marketing Manager - International School

Marketing Manager - International School

Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

Reports to the Principal and responsible for the full breadth of the marketing function of the international school

Play an active role in the wider school community in promoting the school, provide insight, advice and direction on marketing best-practice and the favourable presentation of the school

Implement effective targeting and promotion through different channels such as social media, events, networking, school and other websites, internet search, community advocacy, networking and print media etc.

Work closely with marketing team and senior management of the school to formulate the school’s marketing strategies, annual marketing plan and budget

Ensuring all marketing plans and activities are aligned with the school’s enrolment objectives and able to reach the key audiences in Hong Kong, Mainland China and internationally

Monitor marketing budget and evaluate the results

Provide marketing reports to the School Management Committee, Executive Committee and the Board of Governors

Work closely with the Admissions team to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure follow-up

Ensure the school’s adherence to the brand style guide and licence

Requirements:

Degree holders in communications, business administration or marketing preferred disciplines with minimum 10 years solid experience.

Proven experience developing marketing plans and organising campaigns

Exceptional interpersonal / organizational / project management skills

Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English is a must

Experience in education industry is a plus

Fluent in English and Chinese
