Marketing Manager - Ultra High Net Worth Insurance (SG)

My client is a prestigious insurance solution provider for ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients and families with a business focus in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. Over the years, they have been helping clients protect and grow their wealth through customized insurance policies and risk management strategies through the highest level of service and personalized attention, and they are seeking an marketing professional to support their business growth in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain our ultra-high-net-worth (HNW) client base. Key duties include:

Crafting targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach the affluent target audience

Producing high-quality content such as client newsletters, thought leadership articles, and event invitations

Design and execute partnership events to develop new clients, engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients

Managing the company's online presence and reputation. Work with agency to maximise PR exposure

Collaborating with sales team or external parties to generate qualified leads and support the client acquisition and upselling process

Analyzing marketing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly

Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to the ultra-high net worth segment

Qualifications:

3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the banking sector or insurance industry, candidates with private banking or family office background has an added advantage

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing plans for an affluent client base

Excellent command of English and Mandarin, with the ability to tailor messaging for high-net-worth individuals.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
