Marketing Officer (Japanese)

YATA Limited is a reputable department store and supermarket operator with our flagship store in Shatin. The Company currently runs 14 branches across Hong Kong with over 1,000 employees.

Role & Responsibilities

• Print advertising from devising leaflet plan to production
• Manage and execute Public Relations activities such as organizing press conferences, corporate events independently
• Generate concepts and coordinate with PR & Advertising agencies/production houses in production of marketing materials
• Prepare press release, market research, product analysis and marketing reports
• Co-ordinate with in-house design team, creative agencies and production house for timely delivery
• Liaise with vendors and other departments on product selection, catalogue and pricing
• Ensures high quality placement services and logistic support to customers.
• Monitor and review the performance of sales channels and implements appropriate strategies to achieve business targets
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Capabilities Required

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications related discipline
• 1 year's relevant experience preferably gained in retail, public relations or online marketing
• Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Responsible, organized, self-motivated and a team player
• Good command of both of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications e.g. social media platforms, MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer
