Responsibilities
As a Social Media Specialist for our APAC market, you will primarily be tasked with creating and posting engaging communications and ad content. The goal is to engage with our target demographic, boost brand visibility, stimulate lead generation, increase website traffic, and drive revenue through the strategic application of social media marketing across primary markets in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Operations
Develop and manage our social media strategy based on competitive research, platform choice, and audience identification.Recognize compelling content from company updates, events, and product news to create compelling content.Create and publish daily content that encourages engagement and increases brand awareness.Manage comments and inbox messages.
Advertising
Manage our social media ad campaigns, including identifying and implementing campaign management strategies.Collaborate with the content creation, design, video, and translation departments to produce captivating content.Work together with team members specific to each market to create localized ad campaigns.Ensure our ad settings comply with global social media ad guidelines.Enhance our ads to boost click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead generation. Continually optimize by capturing and analyzing relevant social data/metrics, insights, and industry standards, and then acting on this information to reach our objective of producing high-quality leads for the sales team.
Reporting and Analysis
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our social media pursuits using social media ad portals & CRM data.Community Group Operations
Oversee the content posting schedule to local community groups to maintain strong engagement and increase the size of these groups.Coordinate with market-specific representatives and translators to arrange content translation and posting.Employer Branding
Work with the internal employer experience team to generate content to promote employer branding on social media channels.
Additional Tasks
Assist with our out-of-home campaigns and provide support to ad-hoc marketing tasks if needed.
MUST HAVE
Minimum 1 year of relevant social media management experience, especially on Meta and LinkedInBilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese/Thai/Vietnamese/Tagalog/Japanese language
Experience in initiating ad campaigns and thorough knowledge of various social media platformsRobust project and time management capabilitiesCreativity to drive content creationGood team player with excellent communication skillsPassion for technology and eagerness to learn about products and market trendsHands-on approach with a growth mindset, and ability to work effectively in a target and deadline-driven environmentStrong interest in social media and the drive to stay current with new trendsExcellent writing skills and a keen eye for design NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of the APAC market/SaaS/Business technology, prior experience in software industry is a definite plus
