Marketing & PR Assistant (Fashion Retail / E-commerce)

Qoolook International Limited is a Hong Kong-based company that markets a growing portfolio of renowned fashion, lifestyle, accessories, beauty and cosmetic as well as food and beverage brands including SNIDEL, LILY BROWN, gelato pique, FRAY I.D, Cosme Kitchen, Make up Kitchen, HONEY MI HONEY, ABAHOUSE, Mila Owen, USAGI ONLINE etc.

To cope with the Company’s rapid expansion in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore, we are now looking for high caliber candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and execute different kinds of marketing & PR strategies and activities to promote the brands
• Provide marketing support in Marketing and Operation Departments
• Prepare marketing write up and manage the newsfeed to online platforms
• Work closely with celebrities, KOL and bloggers for brand building
• Coordinate the production of marketing communications, PR and Media related materials and collaterals
• Manage the CRM database, execute VIP program development and CRM promotion activities
• Arrange, co-ordinate and assist in all aspects of work
• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing campaign
• Assist the Director to formulate and execute the marketing plan
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Who we are looking for:

• Degree holder in PR / Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related disciplines
• With minimum 3 years of solid marketing / digital marketing / event management / PR / Media experiences
• Possess media network will be highly preferable
• Proactive, able to handle multi-task and independent with strong marketing sense
• Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
• Drive online business sales activity
• strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is preferable
• Salary is negotiable which depends on related experience
• Immediate availability is preferable
